Forest Schools - Forces and Fire

Lesson: Science

Class: 5H Year: 2017 - 2018

In our Forest school afternoon we made bridges out of natural material. This was to show how weight needs to be

evenly supported. We had to ensure the natural materials were off the ground and could support the weight of a person.

Whilst the bridges were being erected, we also boiled water in Kelly kettles to make hot chocolate as the Mayans were one of the first civilsations to cultivate the crop.
