Alma Park staff are working together to share fun learning resources and activities to help promote our Alma Park families mental health and well-being during schools closure. This part of the website will be updated every Monday with new ideas, activities, support and guidance to help promote postive well-being for you and your family. 

Take some time throughout your day to try one of our well-being activities. 


Children’s Art Week

In 2020, Children’s Art Week will take place across three weeks in June and July. Each week will focus on a special theme.

This week’s app of the week is Moshi: Sleep and Mindfulness.  

Moshi: Sleep and Mindfulness helps parents settle children into a peaceful, restful sleep.

Well-Being Brainbuilder 

This fortnight’s brainbuilder is all around Mindfulness, we would like you to share with us the different things you’ve been doing to help you keep calm, collected and positive during this difficult time.

There are a range of resources on our well-being page and google drive. Here are a few ideas that you and your children might want to share:

·         Yoga

·         Meditation

·         Exercise/ Sports

·         Dance

·         Arts and Crafts at home – colouring or experimenting with playdough etc.
